Our History

Pediapharma, Inc. was founded by a Peditrician, Dr. Arturo C. Ludan in 1991. He founded the company with a vision to develop Pediatric products that were the result of evidence based scientific research and development. The first products developed were Salinase Drops, which today is the company’s bestseller, Cholyte 50, and Infaflor Drops. As the years progressed the company slowly introduced new and unique products that were industry pioneers based on the latest medical and scientific evidence and research.

1994- Z-Vita- A vitamin and Mineral Supplement was based on scientific evidence that Zinc is the key mineral that supports growth.

1995- Salinase Spray- A product extension of Salinase drops to target the Adult Market

1997- Zimuvite Drops- A vitamin and mineral supplement that highlights zinc’s importance in the development of the immune system to fight off disease.

Pediapharma, Inc. has continued to become a leader in innovation in Pediatric products. Among these are the use of xylitol in dental products in preventing dental carries, and the use of Acesulfame K and not Aspartame as a sugar substitute used in artificial sweeteners.

Today, Pediapharma, Inc. continues to innovate ahead of everyone else in the development of products for the health of children. It may be said that our mission and vision for our company that as we believe that our children are the future of our society, they must be provided with the best products possible to ensure their good health and complete development for them to lead productive lives for them to be pillars of our society someday.

Looking into the future, it is the company’s desire to continue to develop more innovative products. We will continue to develop our products that are only based on scientific research and as such we are committed to educate the public in teaching only what is true.
